CONMED Corporation is seeking a skilled Videographer to create high-quality video content that showcases our innovative medical products and enhances our brand presence in the market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in producing engaging video content for our Marketing team. This includes:

  1. Collaborating with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
  2. Capturing and editing video footage of surgical procedures, product demonstrations, testimonials, and promotional content.
  3. Operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, to ensure optimal video quality.
  4. Assisting with pre-production tasks, such as storyboarding, scriptwriting, and location scouting.
  5. Editing and post-processing video footage using editing software to create polished and engaging final products.
  6. Maintaining video equipment and studio facilities to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques.
  8. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of video projects within budget and scope.
  9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  10. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  11. Assisting with on-location video shoots, including setting up equipment, managing logistics, and coordinating with talent and crew members.
  12. Conducting research and gathering visual assets, such as stock footage, images, and graphics, to enhance video productions and maintain brand consistency.
  13. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for new video concepts and campaigns.
  14. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  15. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in videography, cinematography, and video editing.
  • Certifications in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in video production.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic lighting techniques and audio recording principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Demonstrated creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives.
