Job Title: Assessment Executive

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke, a leading recruitment firm specializing in membership-focused recruitment solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering assessment processes within specified time limits, ensuring learners experience a fair and consistent assessment service while maintaining the integrity of the qualifications offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support several assessments within the remit of the team, including preparation, checking, and reporting of assessment results.
  • Work with examiners and institute colleagues to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assessment processes.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of assessment processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to the needs of the customer.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discreet and diplomatic in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Able to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and to deal effectively with large volumes of data.
  • Effective communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a professional body or higher education provider.
  • Evidence of commitment to professional development.
  • Working with volunteers.
