Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Process high-volume transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work confidentially and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Utilize Redsky software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to manage and analyze financial data.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Administration experience, preferably in a financial or accounting role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Redsky software experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
