Job Summary:

Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled Projects QSHE Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to support our projects across the UK.

About the Role:

  • Provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team.
  • Assist in actively improving QSHE standards across all EDF projects.
  • Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract.
  • Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required.
  • Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects.
  • Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
  • Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and "adding value" that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery, etc.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or working towards.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
  • Training experience.
  • Project work / general construction background.
