Portfolio Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Modelling Professional to join our portfolio management team at Altus Partners, a leading US Real Estate Investment Management firm.
The role will provide support for valuations and portfolio analysis, including portfolio analytics and asset level performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and update complex financial models to perform valuation analysis.
- Develop cash flow models with the latest assumptions on leasing, rental income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies and obtain asset level information from various sources.
- Analyse market conditions from sales comparable and other parameters to drive model assumptions and assess the value of assets.
- Provide critical analysis of cash flow and valuation movements at the asset or portfolio level.
- Calculate the investment return and project investor return distribution through the hold or sell analysis of each investment.
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and asset sector research and analysis.
- Participate in global valuation committee and report on valuation outcomes and investment performance.
- Assist in ad hoc requests or special projects.
