United Baristas is a leading coffee-sourcing company that specializes in sourcing high-quality coffee from Brazil and connecting coffee producers with experienced roasters.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer bases.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of Unic Coffee's products.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of coffee production and brewing techniques is a plus.
