About the Role

  • This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable customers, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.
  • As a Housing Concierge, you will be responsible for managing the health and safety of the building, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
  • You will also play a key role in building relationships with customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • With a focus on customer satisfaction and well-being, you will work closely with our wider team to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication channels with the wider team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including CCTV monitoring and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, which we will cover.
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to working hours.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £23,464 per year (£37.00 per hour), reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable customers.
