Job Summary

At Crypto, we are seeking an experienced tradesman to join our team. As an Experienced Tradesman, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing risk during local time zone + rotation for weekend shift. You will also conduct research, pricing, and execution to facilitate hedging by using our automated trading infrastructure. Additionally, you will improve existing strategies and develop new strategies, identify new markets and opportunities, and perform post-trade analysis of strategies. You will collaborate with quant developers to implement trading strategies and system features.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and manage risk during local time zone + rotation for weekend shift.
  2. Conduct research, pricing, and execution to facilitate hedging by using our automated trading infrastructure.
  3. Improve existing strategies and develop new strategies.
  4. Identify new markets and opportunities.
  5. Perform post-trade analysis of strategies.
  6. Collaborate with quant developers to implement trading strategies and system features.

Requirements
  1. Master's or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative analytical field.
  2. 5+ years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk in a bank, proprietary trading, or market-making environment in any asset class.
  3. Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing trades.
  4. Familiarity with Python and a keen interest in expanding your technical skillset.
  5. Ability to think critically and strive for continuous improvement.
  6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
  7. Adaptive, self-motivated, enjoy challenges and significant responsibility, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
