Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mining and Exploration Leader to join our team at our Middleton, TN site.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the organization towards excellence by driving improvements in mine planning, extraction, and operations.
  2. Manage environmental compliance with laws and policies.
  3. Drive culture change and performance management/accountability across the mining operation.
  4. Understand and manage financial results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
  • Experience with mine planning software (i.e., Surpac or Mincom) and surveying with GPS.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
