This is a rare opportunity to lead the CF dietetics team in our trust, providing high-quality, evidence-based individualised care and treatment in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and experience in managing complex cases.
Key Duties:- Develop and maintain expertise in managing pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy, gastrointestinal complications, vitamin replacement, and nutrition support.
- Supervise and train junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audit, and research projects.
