Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including booking and conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
  • Ensure that properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process eviction requests, deposit returns, and rental arrears, and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
  • Manage complaints and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Good telephone manner and IT skills.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, and evidence of right to work in the form of a passport, birth certificate, proof of address, national insurance number, and drivers licence check.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £35,625 per year, dependent on experience.
  • A company car.
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day-in-lieu).
  • 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Programme, providing support with mental health, legal issues, and more.

  • Up to £500 for each successful Employee Referral.
  • 30 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.
