About the Job:

This role is ideal for a skilled Arboriculture Surveyor looking for a challenging opportunity with AVOVE LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality surveys and obtain client consent.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct meetings with customers to discuss their needs
  2. Respond to inquiries from the client call centre
  3. Solve complaints related to surveys and cutting work
  4. Carry out surveying maintenance and revisit work
  5. Work across various voltage levels during surveys
