About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our delivery area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, to deliver mail and parcels
• Work in all weather conditions, including rain and snow

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parcels
• Physical fitness to work in all weather conditions
