**About the Job:**

RWC is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role involves providing engineering support to ensure the health and safety, quality, efficiency, and repeatability of processes on current and new equipment.

The successful candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience with injection moulding and assembly equipment. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday, flexible holiday buy/sell scheme, recognition and reward scheme, internal and external learning and development opportunities, and more.

**Responsibilities:

  • Verify manufacturing processes meet quality and performance targets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide training to colleagues.
  • Develop operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.
