Care Home Manager Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring that our residents' needs are met, and that our care home is run in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care staff
- Ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the care home
- Ensure that our care home is run in a safe and efficient manner
- Develop and implement care plans for our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Ensure that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure that our residents and their families are satisfied with the care provided
Requirements
- Experience in a care management role
- Qualifications in care management or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Ability to monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Ability to ensure that our care home is run in a safe and efficient manner
