About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Appointment Booker to join our team at Ellis Mason Ltd. As a Sales Appointment Booker, you will be responsible for researching new companies, booking appointments, and re-igniting contact with past relationships to increase turnover within existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new companies that could become potential customers
  • Book appointments for senior sales team members
  • Re-engage with past relationships to re-open the door to working with them again
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase turnover within existing customer relationships
  • Work on internal sales and marketing projects to attract new customers
  • Provide quotes and pricing details to customers
  • Create and send company handbooks to new customers
  • Monitor the effectiveness of targeted sales campaigns
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and targets
