Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Manage visitor records and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide assistance to visitors and tenants, including directing them to their desired location.
- Customer Service
- Offer a professional and courteous service to all visitors and tenants.
- Respond to telephone and intercom inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deal with queries and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage the visitor management system and administer new users.
- Complete log reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with training of cover staff and maintain a professional working relationship with the team.
- Essential Skills

- General education to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Reliable, helpful, and well-presented.
