Education Branch Manager Role

TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a Recruitment Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of successful consultants and resourcers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector, and experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing branch sales plans, conducting regular sales and operations meetings, and driving business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 + uncapped commission & bonuses, as well as a range of benefits including up to 15k bonus, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and private health care plan.
