At Actalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our medical affairs team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing phase IV plans, communicating progress to the brand team, and presenting research findings to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute phase IV plans, including review of study submissions and reporting of study progress to the brand team.
  • Present research findings to a wide audience, including opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage operating expenses and phase IV budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support for national, regional, and local market access activities, ensuring access to our products for eligible patients.
  • Support HCP mapping and pre-launch activities for new products, ensuring effective market access.
  • Make presentations on our products and related diseases, as requested.
  • Brief or train healthcare professionals to present on our assets in educational and promotional settings.
  • Provide support for NBG studies and other research activities with healthcare professionals.
  • Organize or participate in regional advisory board meetings, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Discuss adverse events reported in IISs or other EU studies, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Proactively gather information on prescribing habits and treatment pathways, informing our market access strategies.
  • Organize/host/present at educational meetings, such as post-congress meetings.
  • Assist with manning a medical stand and handling medical/scientific questions from customers at local or international congresses.
  • Work closely with NBG colleagues and provide necessary support to the Sales and Marketing team, clinical operations, and medical affairs teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of medical affairs and market access strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
