Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Project management, including advising at a strategic level, preparing project requirements, and establishing success criteria.
  • Developing resource plans, procuring resources, and leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitoring project progress, applying performance management techniques, and managing change control.
  • Developing budgets, controlling costs, and managing stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

They will also be chartered or qualified with a relevant professional body, such as ICE, APM, or RICS.

Additionally, candidates should have experience working on large scheme projects (£100m+), with a strong understanding of infrastructure development and transportation.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
