We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Expert to join our team at Constant Recruitment. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
About the Job:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IT systems and software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
