Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at TT Electronics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling cables, harnesses, and other electronic products with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly of cables, harnesses, and other electronic products
  • Demonstrate basic skills in crimping, soldering, measuring materials, and electronic assembly
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Accurately record details of the assembly in our internal computer system and on paper documents
  • Learn how to lay wires to form a cable
  • Assist in the jacketing, braiding, and shrinking of cables
  • Learn how to operate machinery safely
  • Keep your workspace and floor area clean and tidy
  • Work flexibly and support other team members when needed
  • Develop your skills by completing online and classroom-based training

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar organization within our industry
  • Demonstrate basic assembly skills during a short trade test
  • Arrive on time and work well as part of a team
  • Will ask questions when unsure and speak up if there is a problem
  • Willing to learn and develop your career with us
