Job Role
As a Sales Executive at The Work Shop, you will be responsible for reaching out to our existing customers who might have issues with their payment plans or to offer them new products or services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer issues related to payment plans
- Offer new products or services to existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Work proactively to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
About You
We are looking for a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature, a confident telephone manner, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or retentions
- Good IT skills
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Outstanding communication skills
What We Offer
Competitive base salary with uncapped monthly commission (OTE £18k), company-wide annual bonus scheme, annual performance-related pay review, and 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
