About this Full Stack Software Engineer role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Stratospherec Ltd. We are looking for an innovative and experienced professional to work on our cutting-edge Digital eCommerce marketplace platform. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Python web services in Django and Flask, as well as assisting with Frontend development work using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Python web services in Django and Flask, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
Collaborate with the Frontend Engineers and Test Automation Engineers to ensure smooth integrations with APIs.
Maintain and extend existing Python web services based on new feature requirements and business needs.
Document APIs to facilitate consumption by downstream teams.

Requirements

Strong experience with Python development, including experience with the Django framework and ORM.
Some experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a JS framework like React, Vue, or similar.
Experience managing Git workflows and understanding Relational Databases, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Experience with Docker, both building and running images.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team and a willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
