About the Role:
The Bid Manager will be responsible for leading the bid team and driving successful proposal management. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in securing competitive wins in the UK public sector.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and with customers and industry partners.
  • Capturing and managing client requirements, including ITT/PQQ documentation and response writing.
  • Coordinating and participating in color reviews, white-glove submissions, and post-submission activities.
  • Leading bid kick-off meetings, developing response templates, and briefing teams on bid plans and expectations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in bid management, with a proven track record in securing competitive wins in the UK public sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive team rapport.
  • Ability to manage competing stakeholder demands, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under challenging deadlines.
