About the Role:The Bid Manager will be responsible for leading the bid team and driving successful proposal management. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in securing competitive wins in the UK public sector.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and with customers and industry partners.
- Capturing and managing client requirements, including ITT/PQQ documentation and response writing.
- Coordinating and participating in color reviews, white-glove submissions, and post-submission activities.
- Leading bid kick-off meetings, developing response templates, and briefing teams on bid plans and expectations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in bid management, with a proven track record in securing competitive wins in the UK public sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive team rapport.
- Ability to manage competing stakeholder demands, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under challenging deadlines.
