About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Capabilities team as a Project Management Apprentice Leader. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills and expertise in project management, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver complex defence solutions and digital transformation projects.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from our experienced team and develop your career in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Project Management Apprentice Leader, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from concept development to implementation and delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines will be essential.

As a degree-level qualified individual, you will be studying towards a Level 6 Integrated Degree, which includes a BSc Hons Degree in Project Management and an IPMA Level D Project Management Qualification. Your academic achievements will be highly valued, and we will support your ongoing professional development.

Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team members, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.
