About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Consultant to join our team at Balmoral Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for handling all accommodation enquiries, converting them into bookings, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with all accommodation enquiries and convert them into bookings
  • Input all bookings onto the system and confirm, amend or cancel reservations as required
  • Assist the Reservations Manager in maximising room sales at the highest possible average rate
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any challenges as professionally as possible
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of property management systems
