About the Role
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where every day is different. Our clients receive care in the comfort of their own homes, allowing for a more personalized and meaningful experience.
Tasks may include assisting with morning and evening routines, preparing healthy meals, providing medication support, and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.
At the heart of everything we do is the provision of essential companionship, which is essential for our clients' well-being and happiness.

You will also have access to continued professional development to enable you to provide the highest standard of care.
Due to the nature of the role, you must have access to reliable transport as you may be required to assist a client to an appointment or to enable them to continue with a hobby or interest.
