About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Services Development Manager to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing the skills of our mortgage advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop less experienced colleagues to achieve revenue and product sales targets.
  • Provide supervisory support to the Mortgage Services Sales Manager, ensuring compliance with all aspects of T & C requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in financial services, with a strong background in mortgage sales and leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial services core products, including mortgages, life assurance, critical illness, income protection, and buildings & contents insurance.
  • Strong technical and e-commerce knowledge to promote the services of the group efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and self-organize.
