Lettings Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to drive market share growth in our Cambridge branch.

Tucker Gardner is part of the Countrywide Group, the UK's largest estate agency network. With a strong presence in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex, we offer specialist sales and lettings services across multiple offices.

Main Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to win new listings and gain rental instructions to increase lettings market share within the region.

You will have a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to winning new business, building strong relationships with our Estate Agency and Financial Service teams, and maintaining a comprehensive client and investor database.

Requirements

  • Lettings experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for progression
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
