About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at our Customer Fulfilment Centre in Purfleet. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, with a strong track record of achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
