About the Local & Regional Government TeamWe are dedicated to supporting local authorities in getting the most out of the solutions they invest in. Our goal is to help public sector organizations in the UK make better decisions that result in improved care for vulnerable members of society. To achieve this, we need to empower our customers to become more productive, extract value from their data, and digitize processes to free up time for exceptional service delivery.
We're currently seeking an Account Executive to support and lead our most valued customers across the Midlands and Northern Regions on their individual and collective digital journeys. This role requires embracing a challenger mindset, orchestrating virtual teams, and closing opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.
Average salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in technology-led business transformation that delivers both short and long-term impact.
- They should be able to articulate complex problems and solutions with clarity and challenge the status quo productively when needed to create new opportunities for growth.
- A can-do and tenacious attitude, along with a willingness to get stuck in to deliver client outcomes, is essential.
- The successful candidate will need to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Responsibilities include defining the strategic vision, leading the transformation, and achieving customer success.
- The ability to navigate Microsoft, work across functions, and the ecosystem is crucial to maximizing value for customers.
- This role involves learning how to effectively communicate with exec sponsors, product experts, and commercial leaders.
- The ideal candidate will be resourceful and able to ensure their customer receives full support across the organization.
