We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Birmingham or Evesham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to young children.

About the Role:

  • To work as part of a friendly team in Birmingham or Evesham
  • To provide exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • To have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and Child Protection/safeguarding procedures
  • To be reliable, honest, hardworking, and fun to be with
  • To have a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • To build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • To maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and best practices
