Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health challenges and helping them maintain a stable tenancy?

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Senior Tenancy Support Worker to join a national homelessness charity in Pembroke. As a Senior Tenancy Support Worker, you will provide social, emotional, and practical support to individuals experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide caseload management and support individuals with benefits and claims, housing options, and third-party agencies.
  • Work with individuals to develop life skills and maintain a tenancy within the community.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop services that meet the needs of individuals with lived experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a supported housing support worker and knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits.
  • Proven track record in caseload management and working knowledge of current benefits system.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of safeguarding for adults.
