About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Market Weighton. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will work closely with individuals to promote their recovery, independence, and community integration.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Providing direct support to individuals to achieve their goals and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Working collaboratively with the MDT to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to promote recovery and independence.
  • Supporting individuals to develop daily living skills and improve their insight into mental health and risk factors.
