Facade Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to oversee a large-scale facade project in an occupied building in Brighton Town Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate facade project activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks.
- Black Card CSCS certification.
- 1st Aid certification.
- SMSTS Temporary Works ticket.
- Advanced scaffold inspection capabilities.
- Deep expertise in facade and fire protection.
- Familiarity with replacing combustible materials and installing cavity barriers to comply with new legislations.
