Scrub Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrub Practitioner to join our team at Spire Nottingham Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with a range of elective procedures.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent patient care and assist with scrub duties for a varied caseload of patients.
  • Develop and maintain your knowledge and skills, and contribute to the development of others.
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of services, and promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  • Assist in the promotion of people's equality, diversity, and rights.

Requirements

  • NMC or HCPC registration, with no restrictions or conditions.
  • At least 1 year's scrub experience in orthopaedics, ENT, ophthalmics, spinal, or general surgery.
  • Compassionate and able to demonstrate excellent patient care.
  • Strong communication skills.
