We are seeking a skilled Logistics Relationship Manager to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with external suppliers and ensuring they meet our operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service environment, managing relationships with external suppliers, and monitoring their performance. You will be fluent in either French or Italian and have strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with suppliers' notes and performance metrics.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and evaluations to ensure they adhere to our company's standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers to address any non-conformances, such as discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Keep track of suppliers' performances through regular reviews.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to foster collaboration and mutual benefits.
  • Identify potential risks.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal departments and suppliers.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in French or Italian.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, with suppliers/customers.
  • Experience using Microsoft Applications; Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great telephone manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to multi-task handling own workload, while supporting other departments.
