About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Beechwood Residential Care Home. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality housekeeping service, ensuring our residents' living spaces are clean, comfortable, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of resident rooms and communal areas
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met and their dignity is respected
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of care and compassion
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or care role is desirable, but not essential

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support to older adults
