Key Responsibilities:- Support the Shop Manager in driving sales and profit
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of volunteers
- Sort and process stock, deal with customers, and maintain high visual standards
- Run the shop in the manager's absence
- Manager or supervisor experience in retail
- Confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers
- Hands-on and lead-from-the-front approach
