About the Role

Fenland District Council is a forward-thinking organisation seeking a skilled professional to join our Planning team. As a Career Development Senior Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our district, working closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of commercial and residential projects, including major development sites and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the council at Planning Committee and appeal hearings, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Enforcement team and junior staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to support the growth and development of our district.
