Production Assembler

Location: Whitstable, Kent
Pay rate: £11.45 per hour
Contract: Temporary position, with the potential to go temp to perm after 16 weeks

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:10pm, 8am-4pm Friday
Breaks: Lunch 12:55-1:15pm (un-paid), morning break 10:05-10:15 (paid)
Responsibilities:
- Working with metal and building units.
- You will have to build and assemble dampers, outer casting and blades.
- You will use machinery and hand tools to do this. This includes drills, hammers, and riveters.
Requirements:
- Must come from a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Desirable:
- Experience in using hand tools.
- Experience measuring items.
- An engineering mindset or experience.
- Personal drive to improve self-skills and team performance.
