Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee our Welshpool branch, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role involves managing a team of care staff, implementing and monitoring care plans, and ensuring compliance with CIW regulations and standards.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join Purosearch Ltd and lead a dedicated team of care professionals in providing high-quality care to service users in Welshpool and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting and be able to provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £31,000 per annum, plus car allowance. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
