Job Description for Qualified Early Childhood Professional

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Qualified Early Childhood Professional to join our team at a Good two-form entry primary school in West London.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children, shaping their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity in EYFS pupils.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS pupils, aligning with the National Curriculum and EYFS framework.
  • Evaluate pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student development and progress, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • A degree in Education or related field with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Proven experience working in a classroom setting, ideally within the EYFS age range.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other education professionals to achieve common goals.

Benefits and Salary:
