The Open University seeks a Lecturer in Geospatial Sciences to join its academic staff. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in evolutionary biology, environmental statistics, and quantification of ecosystem services and/or natural capital.

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to develop and enhance our online teaching methods, creating engaging learning experiences that equip students with the skills to address pressing environmental issues. You will also be expected to secure external research funding and contribute to future REF submissions aligned with Earth Systems and Environmental Sciences.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
