Job Title: Logistics Assistant

nGeneration is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for IT and technology, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for assisting in various areas of the business, including warehouse, staging, repair, field service, and logistics.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Booking assets in and out of the warehouse
  • Assisting in the repair process, following step-by-step guides
  • Helping to set up items/products for staging
  • Delivering kit to site and field service engineers
  • Organizing company documents and assets
  • Assisting with software such as Asset Management

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Confident driving Vans up to the size of a Luton
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Software
  • Good computing skills
  • Good communication skills (Both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
