You will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication. You will also support our clients with their mobility and help them to maintain their independence.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave (pro rata). Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication.
- Supporting our clients with their mobility and helping them to maintain their independence.
- Following individual care plans and providing care that is tailored to each client's needs.
- Working as part of a close-knit care team to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Requirements
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to be compassionate and caring, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also need to be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, as we provide comprehensive training and support to all our staff.
