Are you a skilled Building Surveyor looking for a challenging role in a leading consultancy? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Structural Surveyor working on various commercial and domestic projects across London.

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - 85,000 + benefits and a clear progression path to Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets legal and quality standards by carrying out structural and internal inspections while liaising with clients to advise on building conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and be commutable to Bromley. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out structural and internal inspections

  • Manage multiple projects at once
  • Travel to London sites
