We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment in the Didcot area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and day-to-day running of the branch, maximising income, profit, and growth revenues, and developing long-standing working relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of employees through regular reviews, meetings, and 121's
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties
  • Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

  • Up to £33,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:
  • Full UK Driver's license and access to own vehicle required
  • Previous managerial experience within an estate agency
