This role offers the opportunity to shape and guide future generations, working towards delivering a rich and creative curriculum that excites and inspires staff, parents and pupils.

Our schools across the trust value individuality and human flourishing, and we pride ourselves on being part of a large school family. This position involves leading a small school, Morchard Bishop, which is nestled in the rolling hills of Devon.

We offer a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a company pension, cycle-to-work scheme, and health & wellbeing programme.

You will be responsible for relentlessly working towards achieving our trust vision, 'Flourishing schools for all at the heart of our communities'. We also offer substantial workplace pension, term time 'Give Back Day' to take for personal reasons, and staff wellbeing support.
